Page Owners are solely responsible for the services they advertise, offer, schedule, and deliver through Plannerly.
Page Owners are responsible for ensuring that descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information displayed on their pages are accurate and up to date.
Plannerly may hold booking payments for a reasonable period before releasing funds to the relevant Page Owner.
Funds may be withheld where necessary to investigate disputes, process refunds, comply with legal obligations, or prevent fraudulent activity.

Page Owners acknowledge that refunds, chargebacks, payment reversals, and dispute-related costs may arise after a booking has been completed.
Plannerly may deduct such amounts from future payouts or take other reasonable steps to recover amounts owed to the platform.
Booking cancellations, disputes, and refunds are governed by Plannerly's Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Plannerly is not responsible for the quality, delivery, legality, safety, or performance of services provided by users of the platform.
Any agreements, services, or transactions entered into between users and their clients are solely the responsibility of those parties.
